Repeat offender faces steep fine for improper asbestos removal

According to Seattle Times owner of five apartment complexes in King County a $165,400 fine for violating State asbestos regulations faced. The longwell society of Bellevue was quoted and the real estate company was fined by the State supervisory authorities and industries who said rules "willfully negligent and indifferent" relating to the safe clean up of asbestos, if it removes damaged "Popcorn" cover.
